The space
This space is small but is all you need to get comfortable. We have one queen bed and a bunk bed with sleeper sofa. Laundry is in the rear Shed if you need it. The property is very quiet, has lots of trees on 11 acres with access to our private beach for fishing/swimming/hanging out during sunlight hours which is a 5 min walk away or 15 mins to the public beach.
Guest access
You will have full access to our private beach at St. George Island Beach locate at 16431 Thomas Road. Piney Point MD 20674. We will give you instruction to follow for lock box location and code. You can google it as ” St. George Island Beach”. It will be share with others
Other things to note
Dog friendly at an upcharge, must let us know. Minimum of 2 days per booking. 4 person max, Additional $20 per person. Must add cleaning fees. Strict No-Cancellation policy. Once a reservation is confirmed, cancellations, early departures, no-shows and changes to the reservation are not eligible for a refund or credit, regardless of the reason, including weather, travel delays, illness, emergencies or changes in plans. By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this strict no-cancellation and no refund policy.
