Enjoy this lovely DMV hidden gem, only 90 mins from DC. This tiny house has everything you need; 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, parking, patio and 5 min walk to access our beach. There, you can relax, WFH, fish, do some crabbing, picnic and more! The address for the ‘private’ beach is at 16431 Thomas Road with fence and gated with sandy beach. You can google it as St. George Island Beach. It will share with others

The space
This space is small but is all you need to get comfortable. We have one queen bed and a bunk bed with sleeper sofa. Laundry is in the rear Shed if you need it. The property is very quiet, has lots of trees on 11 acres with access to our private beach for fishing/swimming/hanging out during sunlight hours which is a 5 min walk away or 15 mins to the public beach.

Guest access
You will have full access to our private beach at St. George Island Beach locate at 16431 Thomas Road. Piney Point MD 20674. We will give you instruction to follow for lock box location and code. You can google it as ” St. George Island Beach”. It will be share with others
